Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion by itself is rarely used for getting rid of stretch marks, although when combined with other methods of treatment, does help to improve the skin’s appearance while fading the scarred areas. Using micro-sized crystals that when combined together work to erode the surface of the epidermis (the skin), removing the scarred tissue and promoting the growth of healthier tissue. Dermatological skin peels may also be used for the most severe of stretch marks, although this method may be quite painful for some.
Topical Treatments
A wide variety of topical treatments are available for getting rid of stretch marks, both commercially made products and those that you can easily create yourself at home. Some of the most commonly used components include vitamins E and A, cocoa butter, aloe vera, and grapefruit seed extract. Squalene oil, which is derived from isolates found in palm and olive oils, along with other types of vegetable fats, is another ingredient effective for both regenerating and protecting the skin’s cells. I strongly Recommend This Cream From Revitol.
